Seventh Mplus Users' Meeting
Abstract – Multilevel latent class analysis/Multi-state modeling in context of school leadership improvement
Marieke van Geel
Educational leadership is often measured by means of teacher perceptions. In order to overcome problems with aggregation and take dependency among individual observations within a school into account, multi-level latent class analysis was applied to determine educational leadership at school level. By means of multi-state modelling (in R), change in leadership over time was explored.
